Canine Cabana Policies

Canine Cabana's regular business hours will be Monday-Friday from 6:30AM-6:30PM for day care, boarding, training, and self service pet wash. All dogs visiting Canine Cabana must be in good health. The safety and health of your pet is our top priority. The following will be required before a day care evaluation, day care, and/or boarding can be scheduled.

•  Proof of current vaccinations from your veterinarian for the following:

• DHLPP or DA2LPP
• Rabies
• Bordatella (Canine Cough)-Please note that bordatella is NOT included in your dog's routine vaccinations. We require the bordatella vaccine to be administered every 6 months. Please note that this vaccine must be received a minimum of 7 days PRIOR to your dog's visit.

• Current use of a flea and tick preventative. If fleas are found on your dog, we will bathe them immediately and you will be responsible for the bathing charge.

Dogs 3 months and older are welcome at Canine Cabana. Day care dogs over 6 months must be spayed or neutered.

Reservations are required. Please call ahead since drop-ins are allowed only if there is space available for the day. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance or you will be charged for the day.

Half day session hours:

Morning session 6:30AM-11:30AM

Afternoon session 1:30PM-6:30PM

All half day dogs on the morning schedule should be picked up no later than 11:30AM. Half day dogs participating in the afternoon should be dropped off at 1:30PM. Pick-up time for full time day care and afternoon session half days at Canine Cabana is 6:30PM. You will be charged $1.00 per minute late fee after 6:30PM. At 6:45PM, your dog will be placed in a kennel for an overnight stay. You will be responsible to pay for one night of boarding plus the late fee.

Reservations and one overnight stay deposit are required. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled drop off, or you will lose your deposit.

Monday-Friday  6:30AM-11:00AM    or   1:30PM-6:30PM

Saturday and Sunday 7:00AM-9:00AM   or    4:00PM-6:00PM
