CANINE CABANA'S GENERAL POLICIES:

Canine Cabana's regular business hours:
Monday-Friday from 6:30AM-6:30PM
Saturday-Sunday from 7:00AM-6:00PM

The safety and health of your pet is our top priority. All dogs visiting Canine Cabana must be in good health. Proof of the following vaccinations from your veterinarian must be received by Canine Cabana a minimum of three days prior to your dog's first visit. Required vaccinations include:

DHLPP or DA2LPP
Rabies
Bordatella (Canine Cough) -Please note that bordatella is NOT included in your dog's routine vaccinations. We require the bordatella vaccine to be administered every 6 months. Please note that this vaccine must be received a minimum of 7 days PRIOR to your dog's visit.

• Current use of a flea and tick preventative. If fleas and/or ticks are found on your dog, we will bathe them immediately and you will be responsible for the bathing charge.

CANINE CABANA'S DAY CARE POLICIES:

Dogs 3 months and older are welcome at Canine Cabana. Day care dogs over 6 months participating in group play must be spayed or neutered.

Reservations are required. Please call ahead since drop-ins are allowed only if there is space available for the day. Since we hold a spot for each guest and staff according to how many guests are attending daycare, cancellations must be received at least 72 hours in advance or you will be charged for the day.

Day care guests are to be picked up no later than 6:30PM Monday-Friday and 6:00PM Saturday-Sunday to avoid additional charges. Guests remaining past these times will be charged $1.00 per minute until 6:45PM. At this time, guests will be placed in a lodging area for an overnight stay. Owners will be responsible for paying the lodging rate in addition to the late fee.

CANINE CABANA'S LODGING POLICIES:

-Reservations and a deposit are required for all lodging.

-Cancellation Policies:

Cancellations during non-peak season must be received a minimum of 3 days in advance of the scheduled reservation.
Cancellations during peak season must be received a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled reservation.
Since we hold a spot for each guest, deposits will be forfeited for all cancellations received after the above listed cancellation periods. Call (813) 672-9663 to speak with a reservation specialist with any questions.

-Canine Cabana allows drop off and pick up of lodging guests during all regular business hours.
